Before entering any of the St Pancras Reading Rooms you must leave outer coats and bags at the cloakroom or in a locker.
Use of the cloakroom is currently free. You will need a £1 deposit to use a locker. Lockers must be emptied at the end of each day.
You will find the cloakroom and the locker room on the Lower Ground floor. These can be accessed via a lift, ramp or stairs.
View the policy for the use of the lockers and cloakroom.
Please also note that we are changing our luggage policy from 1 February 2011
If you have items you wish to carry into the Reading Rooms, clear plastic bags are provided. (A maximum of two per reader; one for papers and one for a laptop). See our Conditions of Use for full details of personal possessions allowed in our Reading Rooms.
If you have a mobility impairment or think you may have difficulty carrying items using a plastic bag, please contact the Disability Support Officer.
