How do I obtain a report of my request history?
You can obtain a report of all the items that you have ordered using the My Reading Room Requests service.
The service, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week except when technical upgrades are required, can be accessed in the Reading Rooms and remotely.
You can obtain a report of all items requested since you joined the Library or, for a certain time period e.g., 1 January 2004 to 31 July 2004.
With My Reading Room Requests you can also:
- Check the current status of requests in real time
- Cancel requests that you no longer want to see (only available if we have not yet started to process the request)
- Export the archive of requests to other formats e.g. Microsoft Office, PDF
