Carers are losing out on 40m, royal trust claims

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers and Crossroads Care claim that only 10m of the 50m allocated to provide respite for carers has been used for the intended purpose. Much of the money has been diverted to NHS Primary Care Trusts and other services.
