Kensington Housing Trust is planning to demolish and rebuild the Wornington Green estate, where social housing, although built only 30 years ago, is in a very poor state of repair. The plans have divided this previously tightly knit community, with some residents vehemently opposed to the plans and others wholeheartedly supporting them.
