The Low Pay Unit has presented the Low Pay Commission with a case for: a higher minimum wage; abolition of age differentials; a rate for under 18s; a simpler system for output and piece workers; and a system to ensure self-enforcement.

MINIMUM WAGE TO HIT £4 AN HOUR
