Discusses the issues of the virtual invisibility of young carers and the results of a weekend festival organised by The Children's Society in partnership with the YMCA Fairthorne Manor for over 1200 young carers. This review highlights the issues of young carers with regard to education of both staff and pupils and the need for more flexible and faster responses from health and social services.
