Edinburgh: TSO for Scottish Executive Social Research, 2002
As part of the 2001 Scottish Social Attitudes Survey the Scottish Executive funded a module of 40 questions on the attitudes of people in Scotland to a range of community care issues. Interviews were based on vignettes illustrating four typical situations. The survey included attitudes to provision of care, payment for care, equity of access, domiciliary vs institutional care, and public expenditure on care services.
