The Finance Code (PDF format) contains essential information for all levels of management and is issued on the authority of the Chief Executive. It is guided by a number of Central Government documents which are encapsulated in our Management Agreement with DCMS. These include Managing Public Money, and Regularity, Propriety and Value for Money, both published by HM Treasury.
