Implementing change: how prepared is your organisation?

As part of the hay Group's 'Dealing with the deficit' research, this article finds that although the public sector is not in denial about the scale of change needed, many leaders do not feel equipped to deliver the change. The article argues that implementing change involves taking action in a number of different areas, often simultaneously. In addition, unless the leadership team is 100 per cent behind the process, it is unlikely to be successful.
