This is the second report in Roffey Park's research into how organisations are developing a knowledge creating culture. This current phase of the research focuses on different approaches to developing and retaining organisational knowledge, including the different roles and responsibilities for effective knowledge management. The research approach has involved a combination of desk-based research, developing organisational cases studies, as well as building insights into different organisational practices through collaborative learning with other knowledge management practitioners.
