It would seem that many organisations tackled the turbulence of 2009 with forward thinking strategies that have enabled them to begin to successfully emerge from the recession looking to the future. Our 2010 Management Agenda research published in January found those organisations that had continued to invest in their employees and in the leadership of their organisation reaped the rewards for these efforts with a direct correlation between this investment and financial success.
