This guide investigates the organisational journey required to develop an integrated talent management programme from establishing the business case, aligning the systems and processes, communication, recruitment and assessment of talent pools, talent development through to evaluation. It examines some of the decisions required at various stages using illustrations from the 11 organisations that have contributed their experience and shared their understanding with us.
We consider some of the dilemmas as continuums, which do not have a wrong or right answer, but depend on the context and sometimes the cultural nature of the organisation involved.
