Notes XVII th first quarter century, Paris (?), painted. With the arms of Jacques-Auguste de Thou impaling those of his second wife Gasparde de la Chastre. These bindings form a separate group in J.-A. de Thou's library. Probably made between 1602, (his wedding with Gasparde de la Chastre) and 1617, his death.
