Notes This binding is on restricted access and rarely issued. Bound by Stanley Bray of Sangorski & Sutcliffe following the patterns of the original binding, which was lost on the Titanic. A second version was destroyed in the 1939-45 war. This binding with accompanying material was kindly bequeathed to the Library by Mrs Bray.
