[Lever (Charles)] Charles O'Malley, the Irish dragoon. 2 vol., first edit¬ion, 2 additional etched titles, 42 etched plates by Phiz (badly foxed, as often), with the GPR James material at the end of vol. i and the dedication to Douro in vol. 2, half calf, spine gilt on four broad bands, red leather labels, marbled sides and endpapers, by Journeaux of Cork, with his label (black on pink) on front pastedowns, sides a bit rubbed and the marbled paper sl. worn off edges, but quite sound, Dublin, Curry, 1841 £100. Sadleir 1396. The binder is not in Ramsden, de Burca or Spawn. Ramsden, French, records a Journeaux, first name unknown, working in Paris, 1842-49.
