Yom Kippur
Description: Full-page decoration at the beginning of a piyyut (liturgical poem) for Yom Kippur (Davidson vol. 1, no. 2106). The text of the poem is surrounded by an architectural frame with towers on both sides and with columns held by lions. The upper section of the frame is scallopped and is flanked by a dragon and a hybrid.
