Table of the Ten Commandments
Description: Table of the Ten Commandments from the De Lisle Psalter (Arundel 83 II). The central column of medallions lists the Ten Commandments; on the right, offences against Mosaic law are listed, and on the left are the ten plagues of Egypt. In the upper left corner, Christ reaches out towads Moses, pictured opposite (with his hair twisted into horns), holding in his hand the stone tablets containing the Ten Commandments. The bottom of the page shows the raising of the brazen calf.
