Official foliation ff. 90 (+ 2 unfoliated modern paper flyleaves at the beginning, and an older and 2 modern unfoliated flyleaves at the end. Quire numbering in upper right corner; quires viii and ix are equally numbered as 8). Parallel Hebrew foliation, which shows that the middle bifolio of quire viii is missing (ff. 66-67)
Collation 11 quires: i10 (ff. 1-10), ii8 (ff. 11-18), iii8-1 (ff. 19-26), iv8 (ff. 27-34), v10 (ff. 35-44), vi12-2 (ff. 45-54), vii8 (ff. 55-62), viii8-2 (ff. 63-68), ix8 (ff. 69-76), x8 (ff. 77-84 ), xi6 (ff. 85-90). Catchwords often decorated.

Provenance Hayyim, scribe: the word hayyim is decorated (e.g. ff. 2v, 3v, 8, 19v, 44, 49, 51v, 87v).
Moshe Yehudah: inscribed with his name in Hebrew, next to it illegible signature in Latin letters with tha same ink (lower margin, f. 81v).
Emanuel deMiliyat?: inscribed with his name (f. 85v).
Chaim M. Horowitz: purchased by the British Museum from him on 26 January 1884 (f. [92v])
Notes Numerous marginal notes by various hands. Pricking and ruling are often visible. Deleted paragraphs on ff. 36, 78v.
The last two folios (ff. 89-90) are from another manuscript.
