Official foliation ff. 294 (+ 5 unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and 4 at the end)

Binding BM/BL in-house. Rebound in 1969.
Provenance The Old Royal Library (the English Royal Library): in the catalogue of 1666 (f. 11v).
Presented to the British Museum by George II in 1757 as part of the Old Royal Library.
Notes One leaf is missing at the beginning and one after f. 6.
This manuscript is a copy made from Corpus Christi College MS 45: it contains the same textual markers and marginal corrections (see Stones 2007).
There is a break at f. 142 and a new scribe begins here.

The dialect is western, with some Anglo-Norman features, but the MS is not included in Dean.
