Provenance Colophon: 'Je Jehan le sueurs ay fait faire ce present livre en la ville de montpellier par guille brunier et fut finit le vj. Jour de septembre lan mil [i]iijc lvij' (f. 277v).
Jean Faucher, 15th-century: inscribed with his name (f. 278v).

Purchased as part of the Sloane collection from Sloane's executors and incorporated into the newly founded British Museum in 1753.
