?Louis-Léon-Félicité, duc de Brancas et comte de Lauraguais (b. 1733, d. 1824), peer of France and Lieutenant general of the French royal armies, book-collector: the catalogue of M. Benzon identifies his monogram on the four corners of the binding (volumes 1 and 2) (see Catalogue des livres rares et précieux: manuscrits et imprimés provenant de la bibliothèque de feu M. Benzon (Paris: Bachelin-Deflorenne, 1875), no. 51 (p. 19)).
