This document sets out Care Quality Commission's (CQC) policy for ensuring that everyone can access and understand the information they provide, and that they can communicate with CQC in ways that meet their needs.  It provides the general principles of their accessible communications policy and the specific guidelines they will use in disseminating and receiving information. These include making information available in a variety of formats and languages.
