This report details the findings of a qualitative interview study with 20 low-earning employees to explore the currently under-researched and interrelated issues of personal finances, well being and work. The author also conducted interviews with a small number of employers and experts to get their perspective on these issues. This study aimed to explore in-depth employees' experiences of dealing with their finances, the challenges they face and the types of support available through the workplace they would find meaningful and useful in relation to money.
