The CBI, in partnership with Porter Novelli and Opinium, have launched the second wave of Everyone’s business research, providing brand new insight into people’s day to day relationships with business.

The latest analysis by the CBI has seen a drop in the number of people who believe businesses in the UK have a good reputation. Now 56% of people think UK businesses have a good reputation – down 9% in six months.

This report highlights the steps business can take to improve their reputation.
