The child sexual exploitation health working group report made recommendations to improve the health and wellbeing of children who have experienced sexual exploitation and was designed to help health services improve prevention techniques and to achieve the best possible results for affected children and young people.

This is the Department of Health’s response to these recommendations, and focuses on the action that is currently taking place to improve the identification, support, and healthcare service provision of sexually exploited children and young people.
