This case study report presents the findings from a number of visits to employers and is part of a wider project exploring skills utilisation in the UK. Its intention is to provide a better understanding of how high performance working is implemented in a selection of businesses to more effectively utilise staff. As such it seeks to provide real-life examples of HPW in practice, to encourage wider take up. Other parts of the project include a detailed analytical report of the case studies, a synthesis of literature and a policy review.
