In May 2013, New Philanthropy Capital published the Journey to EmploymenT (JET) framework which identified factors that influence young peoples’ transition into work, presenting the evidence base for these and suggesting potential evaluation tools. The JET Pack is an eight-step guide designed to help organisations implement the framework – identifying what to measure, deciding how and when to measure, and using the resulting data to learn and improve.
