As the legal advice sector faces the twin pressures of rising demand for services and cuts in funding, should advice organisations fall back on volunteers to fill the void? What are the risks of taking this approach, and are there wider benefits to volunteer involvement that organisations may want to harness to strengthen their work and delivery of services? This bulletin examines volunteer involvement in a number of different organisations that have received a grant from the Future Advice Providers Fund.
