List of persons entitled to vote for the election of members for the borough of Great Yarmouth

Description

This pamphlet lists the men of Great Yarmouth who had gained the right to vote following the parliamentary Reform Act of 1832. Each of these men registered their right to vote in the months after the Act was passed on 7 June of that year. Though the Reform Act enfranchised a greater proportion of men, they were almost entirely middle class.
