This report provides an overview of the work of the Nacro Homes Agency (NHA). The NHA effectively intervenes in the private rented sector to encourage landlords to make accommodation available to people who they may otherwise avoid renting to. This includes prison leavers who face additional barriers. They also provide intensive housing management and low-level support for service users who need it.
Detailed statistics also include a percentage breakdown of those who have found accommodation, and profiles of those who have benefited from the service.
