This presentation was given at the IFS post-Budget presentation on 17 March 2016. It provides detailed research and analysis on the following topics: alcohol and fuel duties, income tax personal allowance and higher-rate threshold, capital gains tax.

It also provides information on the lifetime ISA, Help to Save scheme, and personal independence payment. Detailed graphs present information on higher rate taxpayers from 1990 – 2018, and Real duty on petrol from 1978 – 2016.

In conclusion this document states that income tax payers and savers gain the most from this budget, whilst some disabled people have the most to lose.
