This is the report of the health outcomes theme group. It advocates introducing a Children and Young People’s Social Care Outcomes Framework which would produce a comprehensive set of Outcomes Frameworks. Following that there would be a need to ensure that they all tied in together. It also includes a paper, attached at Annex A, for the Chief Medical Officer, reviewing children and young people’s health outcomes and examines regional variations.
