The UK Futures Programme ran between April 2014 and June 2016.

It identified five ‘Productivity Challenges’ which, if solved, had the potential to increase the skills of the workforce and ensure that they are put to good use.

This report summarises the results and outputs from all the projects that made up Productivity Challenge 2. It also highlights lessons for other employers draw from these projects.
