Digitisation of rare globe

See multi-dimensional images of your items as you’ve never seen before.

'Rendering a manuscript as 3D reminds us of its multi-dimensionality and that it is far more than the two-dimensional surface which we are so used to being presented with in displays and exhibitions. This digital service enabled us to experience the physicality and form of the Ethiopic manuscript, helped us to intuit its tactility, when we couldn’t touch it, and projected it as a vital object, which, of course, it would have been in the original stage of its “life story”.'
Armand De Filippo, School of Museum Studies, University of Leicester
