Writing a book can help your business grow – find out how to get started.

Why write a book? If you’re a business, writing a book can help you with:

  • Getting your brand better known,
  • Engaging with your customers to turn them into your fans
  • Having something to share on social and traditional media.
  • As a consultant or professional mentor, having a book to your name will help you be seen as an expert and make more clients want to work with you.

In this workshop we’ll go through, in more detail, why writing a book makes good business sense, cover the main elements to include in a successful book and get you started on your own book. You’ll take away an action plan, lots of useful ideas and contacts to help your book be a success, from formatting ebooks, paperbacks and audiobooks, through to using your book as a promotional tool for your business.

There will be a main presentation and then a lot of hands-on work so that you make the most of your time with us, leave inspired and with a strategy in place!

This workshop is for businesses across all sectors, consultants and mentors. Come along to find out a new way to help your business grow.

After the event you will be sent resource-filled slides from our main talk and a free eBook, Melissa Addey's The Storytelling Entrepreneur, which offers a wealth of ideas for telling your business story.

Book early: this workshop sold out the last time we ran it! (We don't accept cancellations but if you can't attend you will still be sent all the slides and the free book after the event.)

Melissa Addey, spent fifteen years developing new products and mentoring entrepreneurs. Now a fulltime author, doing a creative writing PhD, she has written six books.
