Discover why witches’ friends are feline and how the wand became one of the established objects of magical power

This illustrated lecture from Simon Costin of the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic looks at the instruments, objects and tools that have been used by witches and wizards over the centuries, from the iconic to the lesser-known.

Simon Costin’s practice spans that of curator, art director and designer and is also a magical practitioner with an interest in witchcraft, folk magic and ‘cunning’ traditions. He is currently in the process of establishing the UK’s first ever museum dedicated to the folklore of the British Isles.
