Mark the 150th anniversary of Canada’s confederation
To mark the 150th anniversary of Canada’s confederation, this display highlights our Canadian photographic collection. Acquired between 1895 and 1924, these photographs were taken by a range of photographers providing a unique portrait of a young nation. On show for the first time, the photographs reveal growing towns and wide open spaces with a diverse and changing population.
