A night of gilded tales under the stars
.. the stuff of crowns
The maker of fools
The birthplace of greed
and the glittering geneses of enchantment, wonder and mystery
Don your finest gold and join us for a unique night of alchemical dreaming in the British Library's tented Piazza Pavilion
In a sparkling evening of cocktails, crown making, music, magic and beautiful things, world-class storytellers, Jan Blake and Clare Murphy, mine the depths of global fairytale and myth for all things golden.
Hosted by the priceless Kit Green, with wandering attractions and performance storytelling by the Crick Crack Club.
And remember, in order to make gold, you first have to have gold... but all that glitters, is not gold...
Doors and bar open 18.45. Stories begin 19.30. Carriages at 21.30.
This event is aimed at an adult audience. Students and 18-25 years half price.
