On this tour you will discover the turbulent relationship between Elizabeth I and Mary, Queen of Scots. We will provide an engaging and informative account of the complex story behind the two queens’ reigns. Tales of imprisonment and escape. Elizabeth’s speech to Parliament on her cousin’s fate. Eye-witness accounts of Mary’s execution.
This tour is suitable for blind and partially-sighted visitors and is co-delivered by a curator.
Please meet at the Information Desk in the Main Entrance 15 minutes before the start time.
One free ticket for a companion is available per visitor. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
