Food Season is back with a mouth-watering menu of events online and at the Library inspired by the cookbooks, recipes and culinary stories in our collection.
Speakers include Jessica Harris, Angela Hartnett, Ainsley Harriott, Dan Saladino, Alice Waters, Felicity Cloake, Frances Moore Lappé and Henry Dimbleby. Plus we’ll be covering topics such as Victorian food influencers, what makes the perfect English breakfast, the reality of food in our prisons and exploring what a 13th-century Moorish recipe tastes like.
