Join us for an exclusive opportunity to see our latest exhibition Gold.

Dazzling beauty, striking resilience. Gold has long held the power to ignite feelings of awe and wonder across cultures. Take a journey around the globe to learn how gold elevated art in manuscripts and books. See everything from Qur’ans written in gold, to diplomatic treaties inscribed on gold plates cast together in our smaller exhibition space.

We are inviting teachers and school staff to see this new exhibition free of charge at a special private view, alongside an opportunity to find out more about our programme for schools.

There are four time slots to choose from, with arrival between 15:30 and 17:00. The exhibition closes at 18:00.

Also available

The Schools Team is offering free Gold exhibition workshops for school groups in July and September, for Primary and Secondary students. Find out more on our website.
