Join us for the second session of our food writing series focused on cultural appropriation, bias and representation. Participants will learn the context and relevance of these issues and their impact on recipe writing, testing, publishing, and product development. Through practical tips and guidance, tutor Mallika will discuss how to focus on opportunities for positive change within the wider sector or organisation you operate in.
This course takes place on Zoom and we will email you a joining link the day before. There will be an opportunity to ask the tutor Mallika Basu questions during a Q&A, and have conversations with your fellow participants in virtual breakout rooms.
