For visitors who are blind or partially-sighted

Join us as we take you on an audio-described tour of our exhibition Leonardo da Vinci: A Mind in Motion and discover the mind of one of the world’s greatest artists.

For the first time in the UK we bring together highlights from three of Leonardo da Vinci’s extraordinary notebooks to explore his fascination with motion, which he considered to be ‘the cause of all life’. Discover Leonardo’s insights into subjects as varied as the formation of waves and air bubbles, river flow, the velocity of wind, and the nature of light and shadow.

This tour is suitable for blind and partially-sighted visitors. The tour is delivered by a curator.

Please meet at the Information Desk in the Entrance Hall 15 minutes before the start time.

One free ticket for a companion is available per visitor. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. If you require any other support, or have other access requirements for this tour, please contact outreach@bl.uk or phone +44 (0)20 7412 7797.

The tour is free with an exhibition ticket.
