Read the course outline (PDF)
Inspired by the British Library’s collection of Victorian and Edwardian greetings cards, this one day course will enable you to design and create your own set of pop-up greetings cards to take home. Using images drawn from the Library’s collections and additional decorative papers and card, our tutor, Shelagh McCarthy, will guide you through the techniques and mechanisms for creating pop-up greetings cards. You are welcome to bring your own original artwork or photographs to personalise your cards.
Festive refreshments will be provided.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your access requirements as soon as you have booked your ticket.
