Interested in social and ethical enterprises?
Profit with Purpose – our popular series of events focusing on socially impactful business – is your chance to hear from a select group of successful and innovative social entrepreneurs. They will be sharing their secret ingredients for success, talking about their biggest challenges and answering your burning business questions.
Ahead of COP26, the UN Climate Change Conference which will be attended by world leaders in Scotland in November, we’ll be discovering what it takes to start and grow companies that are good for people and planet. Our panel will be comprised of:
- Steve Trew, MD of Green Zone Cleaning & Support Services, an environmentally friendly cleaning company with outstanding ethical standards.
- Cat Hyde, Co-founder of Seagulls Re-Use Ltd, which recycles paint for re-use and creates work and teaches skills to disadvantaged people.
- Andy O’Brien, Co-founder of Bristol Energy Cooperative, a ten year old community owned renewable energy company.
Join our Zoom call to hear the leaders of these social enterprises share how they established their businesses, what they offer and their thoughts on the challenges ahead in the coming year. There will also be plenty of time for questions from the audience so please bring some!
This event is delivered in partnership with Expert Impact who provide mentoring, advice and introductions to the next generation of leaders in the UK's impact economy.
The Zoom link for this session will be sent out 24 hours in advance of the start date to all of those who have registered through Eventbrite.
