Profit with Purpose - our new series of events focusing on socially impactful business – is your chance to meet and hear from a select group of successful and innovative social entrepreneurs. They will be sharing their best advice, biggest challenges and answering your burning business questions.

At our next event on Tuesday 22 May we’ll be hearing from a superstar line up of clean tech, environment and energy sector founders:

  • Caroline Angus: Caroline is the co-founder and CEO of Deciwatt, a social business that designs renewable energy solutions that help tackle energy poverty for the 1.1 billion people without access to electricity. Deciwatt have just launched nowlight, which generates instant light and power with the pull of a cord and builds on insights from their first product, the award-winning GravityLight.
  • James Johnston: Co-founder of Open Utility, a software company on a mission to make electricity cheap, clean and abundant.
  • Laurence Kemball-Cook: Founder of Pavegen, an innovative clean tech company, headquartered in London, who develop and manufacture flooring technology that converts the wasted kinetic energy into electricity – generating renewable power from your footsteps.

This event will be moderated by Stephen Fitzpatrick, founder and CEO of OVO - the UK's leading independent energy supplier.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers during networking and drinks after the panel discussion.

This event is delivered in partnership with Expert Impact who provide mentoring, advice and introductions to the next generation of leaders in the UK's impact economy.
