Interested in social and ethical entrepreneurship?
Profit with Purpose - our popular series of events focusing on socially impactful business – is your chance to hear from a select group of successful and innovative social entrepreneurs. They will be sharing their secret ingredients for success, talking about their biggest challenges and answering your burning business questions.
As health is much on everyone’s mind currently, our next event focuses on social entrepreneurs working in the health sector. Our panel will be:
- Rosie Mead, Founder and CEO of Musica Music and Wellbeing CIC, a social enterprise which supports the wellbeing of people living with dementia through music;
- Dionne Williams, Managing Director of Forward Carers, an organisation that provides support to carers and families;
- Charlie Blair, founder of The Blair Academy, which uses hip-hop dance to get old and young alike moving and smiling;
- Hector Smethurst, Founder of Appt Health, a tech social enterprise helping ensure that health appointments are kept, with the knock on effect of healthier communities.
Join our Zoom call to hear the leaders of these social enterprises share how they established their businesses, what they offer and their thoughts on the challenges ahead in the coming year. There will also be plenty of time for questions from the audience so please bring some!
This event is delivered in partnership with Expert Impact who provide mentoring, advice and introductions to the next generation of leaders in the UK's impact economy.
The Zoom link for this session will be sent out 24 hours in advance of the start date to all of those who have registered through Eventbrite.
