The British Library and The Institute for Digital Archaeology are pleased to present a special reading of Simon Armitage’s new poem, Resistance, composed in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
This event marks the display of a new art pot, adorned with the manuscript of Simon’s poem, in the British Library's Treasures Gallery. The pot was created by Sussex Lustreware and Clive Hicks-Jenkins.
Simon will be accompanied by other special guests and live music.
