Fashion historian, DJ and writer Amber Jane Butchart chairs a panel of innovative designers
Fashion historian, DJ and writer Amber Jane Butchart chairs our panel of experts to debate how the gothic movement has influenced fashion, from the high street to the catwalk. Hear from Nange Magro, an Italian-Japanese fashion designer and founder of DeadLotusCouture, who has a passion for electronic fashion (and latex). She will be joined by Dr Catherine Spooner from Lancaster University, a well-respected author and researcher who specialises in Gothic literature and culture, from the 19th century to the present day. You will also hear from fashion forecaster Geraldine Wharry who has worked with and for major brands including trend forecaster WGSN and Dr Royce Mahawatte, lecturer in cultural studies at Central Saint Martins, on menswear.
