In this workshop you will learn about how to approach the fundamentals by creating the foundation of your business in the form of your business plan.

Starting a business can feel a little bit like stepping off a cliff, with no support. In this workshop, Pete Schonbeck, a highly experienced business coach and advisor, will take you through the key steps of the fundamentals of creating the foundations for a strong and robust business plan - to help you get your business off to the best possible start.

You will learn:

  • Why it's important to develop a business plan and the fundamentals that are required.
  • How those fundamentals have a real impact on the success of your business.
  • Tried and tested tools and resources to help you maximise opportunity.
  • How others have overcome challenges and key aspects to watch out for when planning.

The 'weekend' atmosphere, provides a more casual/relaxed approach giving you an opportunity to fully develop the vision and potential for your business in a relaxed environment with like-minded individuals.
